Sometimes, when I talk to different people about how they take care of their health, I realise that many aim to look good and not so much to feel good. That is why, when they want to get a more radiant or beautiful skin, instead of changing their bad habits, they buy facial creams that are worth an eye of the face and whose effect is not as proven …
Anyway, you can buy the most innovative and expensive cream on the market, if you do not eat properly, stop smoking and avoid exposing yourself to the sun without protection, few positive changes you will see on your skin.In case I still have not made it very clear … what I’m trying to tell you is that the change must begin inside !!! ;)If you want to improve your physical appearance, you must first worry about improving your health. In this way, you will be gaining in the quality of life and will indirectly be reflected in your body and in your face.
5 Foods for healthy and beautiful skin
It’s one of the healthiest nuts. Nuts Contain large amounts of omega-3, which helps us regulate our cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular disease.
They are also rich in phosphorus, a mineral that helps to improve our memory.
But what we are interested in today is its richness in vitamin E, zinc and polyphenols. All of them are indispensable for healthy skin.
Who said that chocolate was not healthy? Nothing is further from reality. Although it is true that it is a food that gives us many calories and that we should consume in moderation, chocolate is rich in flavonoids, antioxidant substances that provide firmness and elasticity to our skin.
The more pure the chocolate, the more amount of flavonoids it contains. I recommend a dark chocolate with a minimum of 70% purity.
Carrot is one of the richest vegetables in beta-carotene, also known as provitamin A.
Provitamin A is then converted into vitamin A, the latter being essential for the care of our skin. Vitamin A prevents the premature ageing of the skin and participates in the processes of cellular regeneration.
In addition, it favours the release of melanin, a substance secreted by melanocytes (epithelial cells), which are responsible for fighting and protecting us from the sun’s rays.
The tomato contains a powerful antioxidant called lycopene, which protects us from the attack of free radicals and prevents the ageing of the skin.
It is also rich in beta-carotene.
To make matters worse, frequent consumption of tomato improves sexual potency in men. Interesting not? 😉
Although in general all red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, berries, currants, etc.) have a great antioxidant power. These small fruits are among the richest in vitamin C. If you really want to look radiant skin, I advise you to eat blueberries frequently. With very little, you cover the daily needs of vitamin C. In addition, blueberries prevent urine infections, thanks to flavonoids called anthocyanidins. So if you have that problem, they will be very useful.
I hope that from now on take into account these foods, as well as others that I will recommend them.
